Baraka Yoga Principiantes intermedio

The yoga that I give is the breathing and the synchronization with the movement. Breathing is always puent between the body and the mind helping to keep it present at every moment.

Through soft and dynamic postures we are gaining more awareness of our mind-body by having a bodily experience and a meditative experience.

The classes are divided into levels according to the experience of the students.
